Boys “Intro” Group - Foundations for growth, connection, and self awareness
Group Purpose: This group is designed to be an introductory group, laying foundational groundwork for deeper, more focused therapeutic group experiences. This group creates space for adolescent and teenage boys to grow in effective communication skills, deepen connection with others, and gain insight through psychoeducation and experiential processes. It’s designed to be a place where young men can show up honestly, feel supported, and strengthen their social and emotional toolkit.
